These Terms of Service govern access to and use of GEO Compass, a service that tracks a brand's ranking in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other models). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Account and access

Access to GEO Compass requires creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Use of the service

GEO Compass is provided on a best-effort basis. The service may evolve, be temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued without prior notice. Rankings are generated from third-party AI model outputs and are provided for informational purposes only.

Liability

GEO Compass cannot be held liable for decisions made based on the rankings or data provided by the service, nor for the availability or accuracy of third-party AI models it queries.

Intellectual property

The GEO Compass brand and interface remain the property of their author. The source code may be published or distributed under a specific license, in which case the terms of that license apply. Users retain ownership of the prompts and data they submit.

Changes to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
